Hello - should you arrive after 8pm, we request a late checkin arrival of 20 Euros in cash upon arrival. Opening a PAYPAL account is very easy to do and should take you less than 5 minutes to set up.

Hi there - it all depends if and when we have guests arriving on the same day. We do as much as we can but should you need to leave your luggage much later than the arrival time (ie: after 4pm) we can suggest a place to store your luggage.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is situated rigth to the sea. It is well equipped, clean and hosts were excellent in their communication and in receiving and helping us as guests.

location good, furnishings good, plenty of light and plenty of crockery and cutlery
Stairs up to apartment not clean, broken lights, lift very poor , toilet not working properly for some of time. slow response time from agent to messages sent about departure arrangements.

Only bad thing in Nice
Anyway, with cleaning machine is good. living room is spacious. A welcome gift of wine is cool.
Unreasonable charged us €30 because we arrived not at 4-6pm, not friendly for late check-in. No automatic check in or reception. Noises from neighbors, always had kids running from the ceiling. Downstairs were in in-door renovation. The walls are too thin, even quiet talking from another bedroom can be heard clearly. The doors of the bedrooms cannot be locked. And the doors of the apartment are super hard to lock. Staffs were not friendly on the phone.
